How does KüchenFirst work?
KüchenFirst ist die erste Adresse für hochwertige Marken- und Designerküchen. Die Gründer Dennis Franken und Christoph Ritschel wählen alle Ausstellungsküchen selbst aus und verfügen über langjährige Geschäftskontakte mit den angebundenen Küchenfachgeschäften. Alle Küchen stammen aus exklusiven Fachgeschäften mit geringer Kundenfrequenz. Nur Produkte, die unseren hohen Qualitätsstandards entsprechenden, werden für KüchenFirst zugelassen. Wenn Sie eine Küche kaufen möchten, rufen Sie KüchenFirst an und wir führen ein erstes Gespräch und klären alle Fragen. Im Nachgang vermitteln wir Ihnen den Kontakt zu unseren angebundenen Küchenfachgeschäft. Mit diesem besprechen Sie dann weitere Details zur Planung, Anpassung, Zusatzbestellungen und der Lieferung/Montage. Die Rechnungsstellung erfolgt im Anschluss direkt über das Küchenfachgeschäft. Alternativ können Sie die Küche auch direkt online bestellen und bezahlen. Wir empfehlen Ihnen vorher mit uns telefonischen Kontakt aufzunehmen, um insb. die Lieferung und Montage zu besprechen.

No, we are a high-quality online platform and work purely by telephone and e-mail. You can reach us from Monday - Saturday from 10.00-18.00.
Where do the kitchens on offer come from?
The founders Dennis Franken and Christoph Ritschel select all the showroom kitchens themselves and have long-standing business contacts with the associated specialist kitchen stores. All kitchens come from exclusive specialist stores with low customer frequency.
Can I also order the kitchen by telephone?
Of course, you can also call us to order your dream kitchen (+49 228 76382938). We will then take your details and guide you through the ordering process. We will discuss the payment and subsequent processing with you - you can pick up the kitchen on site or book an installation.
